How this is built.

I write about building things, so it would be odd not to say how this one works.

Built with Astro, static, no framework shipped to the page. Written in markdown, deployed by one script to a machine in my house.

Set in Archivo for display, Source Serif 4 for reading, IBM Plex Mono for labels and data. Self-hosted, so nothing calls out to a font service.

Drawn from The charts are my own training data, pulled from a warehouse I built. There is a page about that.

Not here No analytics, no cookie banner, no tag manager. Nothing on this site needs measuring except the training, and that measures itself.
